STAATSNEUORDNUNGSAKT Act on the Reorganization of the Prussian State
His Majesty Konstantin III, King of Prussia, has adopted the Act on the Reorganization of the Prussian State as proposed by the Kronrat, which:
— removes the Monarch from direct governance of the state
— establishes the authority of the Kronrat and of the Supreme Ruler elected by the Kronrat
— recognizes the person of the Monarch as sacred and obliges the Kronrat to ensure the continuation of the lineage of Saint Remilius and the preservation of the Capholic Church
— introduces the category of citizenship (Bürgerschaft) in the Prussian State in addition to subjecthood ; all subjects of the Monarch are recognized as citizens of Prussia
— abolishes the ministerial structure, transferring all state functions to Ratsherren within the Kronrat
— transfers the Orders of the Monarchy from the authority of the Monarch to that of the Kronrat
— obliges the Monarch, the Kronrat, the State, and the military command to keep the Kriegsmacht informed of all actions of Prussia
It is assumed that this Act shall serve as a temporary measure on the path toward the transformation of the Prussian State and the restoration of its former greatness.
