Battles for Norway
Recently, the world was discussing the clashes in the Skagerrak Strait, where the Prussian fleet, after several attempts, managed to gain maritime supremacy and proceed with a successful landing in the Eastern Norway region. The reason was the information provided by the Regent and Commander‑in‑Chief of the Kriegsmacht, Sui Eugen, Fürst von Caedere; the sources remain undisclosed. According to this information, the mercenary organization «Addik» carried out a coup and seized the region with the aim of subsequently attacking Prussia — commissioned by an unknown party.
After the fighting began, the «Addik» mercenaries, who had been complaining about aggression, themselves confirmed Fürst von Caedere’s claims about an impending attack commissioned by a third party. Thus, the Prussian military operation — as in the case of the pre-emptive attack on Sweden — is considered entirely justified, aimed at protecting Prussia from a direct external threat.
During the hot phase of the conflict, the anti‑Prussian organization «Ryodan», now referred to as the «Personal Cirno Army», claimed responsibility for organizing the aggression against Prussia. This claim was made by its leader, Daniel Kiyko. However, the Kronrat believes this is typical terrorist behavior — taking credit for all high‑profile media‑covered terrorist actions. This organization began taking active measures only several hours into the fighting. Although its role significantly increased by the end of the second day of battle, it has now launched an unsuccessful sabotage operation in a special control zone in Sweden.
With the combined forces of the Kriegsmacht and its allies, resistance from dozens of mercenary organizations was overcome. The territory of Eastern Norway has been incorporated into a special control zone under the direct administration of Fürst von Caedere and the Supreme Command of the Kriegsmacht. The military administration is headed by Maximilian Edler von Betilien.
As a result of negotiations with Georgius, as ex-owner of Norwegian regions, the city of Oslo has also been included in the special control zone. Georgius is selling Southern Norway and Trøndelag; the proceeds will be used to address the aftermath of the military operation in the region. Prior to the intervention of the «Addik» mercenaries, Eastern Norway also belonged to his domains.
On November 25, forces comprising various mercenaries carried out a coup in the region of Southern Norway. According to their statement, it was conducted “against the deceiver and in the name of Prussia.” The interim administrator of the region — representing the Trade Federation — had failed to satisfy them and consequently lost control over the territory. The Kriegsmacht subsequently deployed troops into Southern Norway and incorporated the region into a special control zone to ensure the protection of the State’s core territories.
