Agreement on Mutual Defense and Cooperation between Great Prussia and the HEYET Party
1. Both parties pledge to render immediate and unconditional assistance to one another in the event of a defensive war or external aggression, regardless of the form such aggression may take.
2. Any disputes between the parties shall be resolved exclusively by peaceful means, through negotiation and diplomatic channels.
3. Should one party initiate an offensive operation, the other party may choose to join voluntarily; however, in the event of an attack on an ally, it is obligated to provide defense. Plans for offensive action must be communicated in advance.
4. Both parties undertake to share with each other any information that may be relevant to the security or interests of their partner.
5. This agreement enters into force upon signing and shall remain valid for three months. Upon expiration, it may be renewed or terminated by mutual consent.
6. Either party may terminate the agreement early by giving the other party fifteen (15) days’ notice.
7. Obligations arising from participation in broader blocs or alliances shall take precedence over the provisions of this agreement.
