Edge Program is seeking a Program Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of the EDGE Program. The ideal candidate will help the brand by supporting the Program Director in the design, implementation, coordination, and oversight of EDGE's operating model. You will collaborate across operations to provide integrated leadership across program operations, performance management and M&E, procurement coordination, risk management, partner coordination, and digital economy initiatives. Qualifications:• Education: Masters degree.
• Experience: 7-10 Years of experience, with demonstrated experience managing or coordinating complex, multi-component programs.
• Technical Skills: Strong program and project management skills, and the ability to use digital management information systems and dashboards.
• Core Insight: Strong understanding of the digital economy and applying knowledge of outsourcing, gig work, digital employment, entrepreneurship, and digital skills to support effective program implementation and innovation.
• Soft Skills: Integrated leadership capabilities and the ability to coordinate with consortium partners, service providers, implementing partners, government institutions, and private-sector actors.
• Key Responsibilities: Support the Program Director in executing the strategic vision and objectives of the EDGE Program. Assist the Program Director and relevant technical leads in preparing and routinely updating annual, quarterly, and biannual implementation work plans and monitoring progress against agreed targets and milestones. Coordinate development and updating of the program procurement plan and ensure procurement requirements are aligned with implementation plans and budgets. Lead coordination between the EDGE Program team and relevant partners functions, including Procurement, Finance, IT, Logistics, HR, and Administration. Ensure that key operational, implementation, procurement, financial, performance, and partner risks are regularly identified, recorded, monitored, and mitigated.
