Qualifications:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 Year Digital Marketing Experience
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in social media management, executing digital campaigns, and utilizing paid advertising platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads. A basic knowledge of SEO and website analytics is also required, along with an understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.
• Key Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Amharic. Applicants must possess strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills, and have a results-oriented mindset capable of working against targets and deadlines. Core skills include collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram) and maintain a monthly content calendar. Create engaging content, plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns, and support SEO activities. Monitor advertising budgets, track digital marketing performance, conduct competitor research, and stay updated on digital marketing trends.
