The diagram illustrates the process of how electricity is generated from water. Overall, the process consists of several main stages, beginning with evaporation and ending with transmitting to consumers via a transformer station and underground cables.

The process commences when heat from the sun causes water to evaporate, forming clouds and producing rainfall over mountainous areas. Next, the rainwater flows into a reservoir located behind a dam. The amount of water is controlled by a valve, which can be opened or closed depending on demand. Once enough water is collected, a valve is opened, releasing water pass through a pipe and spins a turbine.

In the following stages, electricity generated in a rotating turbine is transmitted to a transformer station by high-voltage transmission lines. From there, electrical power is distributed by underground cables to several users, including hospitals and schools. Interestingly, after passing through a turbine, the water is pumped back uphill to the reservoir, where it is stored until it is used again, making the power a continuous and renewable source of electricity.
