My Comments on RT about Ukrainian women conscription in the army.
There are reports from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry that Ukrainian women actually are asked right now when coming to some EU countries to prove that they don't have to serve the army. Recent changes to EU temporary protection rules apply a gender-neutral standard, which has led to document checks for certain Ukrainian women. Under EU Council Decision 2026/1912 implemented in August 2026. Also, Western media is now reporting on forced conscription because of losses on the battlefield.
