Today a new round of large protests in the Netherlands, farmers in the province of Noord-Brabant are blocking roads, municipalities with their trucks and agricultural equipment reason: "After a years-long legal battle, the provincial government decided to revoke the permits of five poultry farmers. This was preceded by a case brought by the environmental organizations Mobilisation for the Environment (MOB) and Vereniging Leefmilieu, who had asked the province to revoke the permits of high-polluters. So actually, it's NGOs together with incompetent politicians ruining five families. These are the first five; if it is up to the incompetent politicians, many more will follow."
