Think about the mechanics here. You hold, you borrow, you spend. But you still owe the interest. And you still owe the principle. And you are praying the collateral stays above the margin requirement. My phone battery is dying. This is how you lose your position. They sell this as a way to avoid capital gains. It is a way to stay trapped in a debt cycle forever. The defi vs centralized lender competition just means there are more ways to get exploited by high fees. The market is rigged, always has been.
