Some guy just donated 50m to the liquidity providers and they call it an honest transaction. My hands are shaking from too much caffeine. This incident proves we need more than just smart contracts to keep the industry from imploding. We need institutional grade gateways that filter out these types of mistakes. If you are going to drop a 50m block, do it off chain. Dont broadcast your failure to the entire world and blame the protocol for your own incompetence.
