Congresswoman Valerie Foushee condemned Israel’s reclassification of Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank as “disputed” territory, warning that the policy has intensified settler violence and driven further Palestinian displacement.
She called on the US Department of State to investigate the reclassification in Masafer Yatta and across the West Bank and urged Congress to immediately block arms sales.
