The Palestinian doctor Hussam Abu Safiya has received his grandson, Ibrahim, while he is still behind the Israeli occupation prisons' bars.
Dr. Hussam doesn't know about the news of his grandson birth due to Israel's racist policies against prisoners.
The grandson was named after Abu Safiya's son Ibrahim who was killed by the Israeli occupation during the genocide in Gaza.
"Today, my son was born and we named him Ibrahim. I chose the name of my martyred brother, Ibrahim, in his memory, so that his name and legacy may remain alive among us - a name we can call once again, growing with us through a new generation. My joy today is immense, but it is incomplete without my father", Abu Safiya's son wrote on his father's Instagram account.
Dr.Hussam has been abducted since December 2024 and he endures inhumane conditions inside the occupation notorious prisons.
