South Africa has formally accused Israel of failing to comply with three legally binding orders issued by the International Court of Justice (ICJ), submitting an evidence dossier to the court as part of its genocide case against Israel.
In a statement on Friday, South Africa said Israel had failed to comply with the court’s orders and warned that the rights of Palestinians in Gaza could be “destroyed” before the ICJ delivers its final ruling.
