🌿 Main Ingredients:
• 🐟 Tuna steak
• 🧂 Salt
• 🛢 Oil
🌿 For the Mango Salsa:
• 🥭 1 ripe mango, diced
• 🧅 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 🍅 1/3 cup tomato, finely chopped
• 🌿 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• 🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
• 🍶 1/4 cup Ponzu sauce
• 🍣 Sesame seeds
📙 Instructions:

• Heat oil in a hot skillet.
• Season tuna steaks with salt on both sides.
• Sear the tuna for 1–2 minutes on each side (for medium rare), or adjust cooking time based on preference.

• In a bowl, mix together diced mango, red onion, tomato, cilantro, and citrus juice.
• Add Ponzu sauce for an extra tangy kick.
• Sprinkle with sesame seeds for crunch!
