Lyte AI, founded by former Apple engineers, has closed a $165M Series C led by Maverick Silicon, valuing the company at $1.6B post-money. The startup builds custom silicon, multimodal sensors, and spatial software for robot perception. Lyte launched from stealth in January 2026.
