💢 “We will find a way to respond, let no one doubt it”: Vladimir Putin commented on Zelensky’s warning that Russian airspace was becoming unsafe for civilian aviation.
“If this was said publicly, then it is simply a declaration of state terrorism,” Putin said, adding that Kiev is simultaneously asking Moscow to resume negotiations and hold face-to-face meetings. “Negotiations are not conducted with terrorists.”
