နီကိုလာ တက်စလာဟာ ၁၈၅၆ ခုနှစ်မှာ ဂရိုအေးရှားမှာ မွေးဖွားခဲ့ပြီး နောက်ပိုင်း အမေရိကသို့ ရောက်သွားခဲ့သူပါ။ သူ့ဘဝတစ်လျှောက် လျှပ်စစ်နည်းပညာအတွက် အလုပ်ကြိုးစားခဲ့ပြီး အခုလက်ရှိအသုံးများနေတဲ့ AC (Alternating Current) စနစ် ကို တီထွင်ပေးသူအဖြစ် အဓိကသတိရကြတယ်။
