Hey everyone, I’ve been excited to see the Fias launch come out, and I think Forevver has done a good job managing things. I’ve had some questions posed to me on where we are overall and the plan for the future, so I wanted to give a summary. To be sure, I’m not involved with the token launch directly - we licensed the management of the Fias token to Forevver, so anything that ever comes from me is solely on the technical side of things. I can’t speak to the token or any token value. With that said…
Overall things are progressing very well, and I am as excited and confident as I have ever been on where we are going with the Digital Financial Ecosystem (DFE). The DFE is an ecosystem where many different types of assets from many different activities all work together. It is intended to mirror real world ecosystems - for example, if a person starts a bakery in real life, they need to buy flour, rent a building, hire lawyers, accountants, and staff, etc. Similarly, the other people involved (flour distributor, flour manufacturer, building owner, accountant, lawyer, staff) all have their own activities and roles in the ecosystem and they all work in an interrelated way. A lawyer might buy a doughnut, and a building owner also needs lawyers, etc.
The DFE therefore is intended to, similarly, bring many different types of digital activities together. It is built within a gaming ecosystem to start, but the vision extends beyond just gaming. Initially, many different types of game activities can all work together. Someone playing solitaire can create an analogy of legal value and someone playing sudoku can create an analogy of accounting points, for example. Someone building a virtual business or someone else who is crafting other items can use those points to grow. Ultimately the goal is to have any type of asset tracked in the DFE including digital game assets, digital representations of physical assets (eg land titles, car titles, physical artwork identifiers, etc), other digital assets like carbon credits or ocean plastic removal credits, or even human endeavor itself. It would be exciting to eventually have real-life lawyers and accountants taking part in the DFE, for example.
Over the past 3 years we have been methodically building all of the needed infrastructure for the DFE with a team of more than 15 technical folks. We have built amazing blockchain infrastructure, game infrastructure, and game content, and the culmination of all of our work is finally poised to be able to grow significantly. We have had significant growth in our user base over the past week largely coming from our advertising efforts, we have an amazing customer acquisition cost of about $0.20, we have strong content and much more content coming out shortly, and we have strong licensing opportunities in front of us to further grow the content. It has been an enormous amount of work to get to this point, and I’m proud of all we have accomplished.
Fundamentally, we are now at a point, for the first time, where we can grow significantly. We have a powerful technological platform, strong content, the ability to add more content, and an effective strategy for user acquisition. This is what one works towards anytime you build a business, and I’ve never been more optimistic than I am now about where we are going.
