RRP Electronics has partnered with Orvis Semi to design and manufacture India's first indigenous CMOS-based low-light imaging sensors, establishing a critical domestic supply chain for defense and surveillance technology.

While India currently lacks the raw fabrication facilities to manufacture CMOS silicon wafers domestically, this collaboration bridges a major technological gap by combining Orvis Semi’s advanced sensor designs with RRP Electronics' operational OSAT infrastructure for localized packaging and system integration.
