JAMIE MCINTYRE’S LEGACY OF DECEPTION AND HATE
Jamie McIntyre, once a notorious Australian property spruiker banned from managing corporations for a decade, has reinvented himself in Bali as a conduit for dangerous conspiracy theories and alleged new investment scams targeting vulnerable Australians. While living in exile to evade Australian legal consequences, McIntyre has leveraged social media and Telegram channels to promote a toxic mix of antisemitism, Holocaust denial, and high-risk financial schemes, leaving a trail of financial ruin and hateful rhetoric in his wake.
A HISTORY OF FINANCIAL RUIN
McIntyre’s business career in Australia is defined by court-sanctioned incompetence and deception. In 2016, the Federal Court declared his "land banking" schemes to be unlawful unregistered managed investment schemes. Justice Bromwich described both Jamie and his brother Dennis McIntyre as "completely financially incompetent" and a "menace to the investing public." Consequently, both were banned for 10 years from managing corporations or providing financial services.

Despite this ban, which carries a high risk of imprisonment for contempt if breached, McIntyre appears to have continued his activities by relocating operations to Indonesia. Reports indicate that as recently as 2025, he was promoting the "Marina Bay City" project in West Lombok, luring at least 30 Australian investors with promises of luxury waterfront villas.
THE BALI SCAM: "MARINA BAY" AND "NESARA BAY"
Investigations in 2026 revealed that the Marina Bay project, heavily promoted by McIntyre, was a potential scam. Investors, many of whom liquidated their life savings, discovered that the land was zoned exclusively for agricultural use and could not be developed for the luxury villas promised.

Deceptive promises were made to investors, who were assured all permits were secured, yet no meaningful physical development occurred on site. Lawyers for the victims state that the $7 million+ raised from investors was not used for construction but was unlawfully diverted to other accounts in Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. As the Marina Bay scheme faltered, McIntyre allegedly attempted to remarket the same land under a new name, "Nesara Bay City," to new victims while claiming existing investors had forfeited their rights. The project has been marred by internal legal battles, with McIntyre and his business partner filing criminal complaints against each other for alleged embezzlement.

One investor, Amanda Walsh, lost $180,000, describing how McIntyre’s "significant influence" over social media convinced her and others to trust him with their life savings.
