Create a highly stylized 3D cartoon character portrait based on the facial features and likeness of the reference image provided, framed from the shoulders up, featuring an enormous perfectly spherical head — a true, uniform sphere with no flattening or distortion — with wildly exaggerated proportions balanced on an impossibly long, ultra-thin cylindrical neck. Give the character oversized circular ears with deep rounded cavities, a tiny geometric triangular nose, and extra-wide capsule-shaped eyes with oversized round pupils glancing sideways for a thoroughly mischievous, playful, prankish, cheerful expression — these eyes are the character's only glossy, shiny surface, catching bright reflective highlights that make them sparkle with joy and mischief. Give it thick floating minimalist eyebrows with a velvety raised texture and clean rounded edges, and a very small, tiny asymmetrical curved smile carrying that same mischievous, playful energy as the eyes but reading as genuinely happy and cheerful — as if the character has a dimple in its cheek from smiling. The mouth must be extremely small and narrow, positioned vertically below the nose (not touching or attached to the nose), colored to match the reference person's lip color, and its curve and shape should echo the mouth form of the reference person. Sculpt the hair as a smooth seamless cap with a rounded silhouette and velvety microtexture, styled to echo the reference person's hair. If the reference person wears glasses or any other accessory (jewelry, hat, etc.), include it on the character rendered with a glossy, shiny, reflective surface — the only other glossy element on the character besides the eyes. Build the face with ultra-clean geometric construction softened by organic transitions, rendered in a fully matte clay-like material blended with soft silicone and subtle porous surface detail, with no glossy, shiny, or reflective surfaces anywhere on the character except the eyes and any glasses/accessories — every other surface (skin, hair, ears, nose, mouth, eyebrows) must remain strictly matte — a handcrafted CGI aesthetic inspired by premium animated films, with bold minimalist design, oversized simplified volumes, and intentionally unrealistic anatomy, while keeping the character's identity clearly recognizable as a caricature of the reference face. Make the overall character design irresistibly cute and endearing — soft, huggable proportions and a warm, charming presence that feels adorable and lovable at first glance, not just whimsical. Light with soft global illumination and cinematic diffused studio lighting plus a delicate rim light, keeping all matte surfaces free of glossy highlights while allowing the eyes and any glasses/accessories to glint naturally under the lighting, shallow depth of field, perfectly centered composition on a solid Yellow (#FBBC17) background, composed in a 3:4 vertical aspect ratio. Render as an ultra-clean high-end 3D render with a cheerful, playful, mischievous personality, highly expressive despite minimal facial features.
