POSITION : Online Gaming Customer Service (2)

Responsibilities:
Communicate with three parties via text to resolve customer issues and maintain good customer and company relationships.

Requirements:
Vocational school diploma or above, age not exceeding 35, proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office software, typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, strong communication and coordination skills, stable and patient.

Working Hours:
12 hours per day (actual busy time is only a few hours), one day off per month for day shifts, two days off per month for night shifts, and a daily wage of US$35 for no-day work. 17 days of paid leave every six months.

Salary :
During the probationary period (first two months), the base salary is US$900 per month, increasing by US$50 from the third month onwards. The contract is for one and a half years. US$100 of the monthly salary is reserved as a guarantee (10 months) during the term, and will be refunded in a lump sum upon contract expiration. (Actual salaries are subject to the table below)
No actual salary will be calculated during the two-month probationary period. For newly hired employees, based on their proficiency and work performance, the supervisor will directly determine their starting salary for the month. (Example: Employees who join in the same month and become permanent employees will have their starting salary increased from the third month of the first year.)

Additional Benefits:
Monthly living allowance of US$100
Birthday bonus of US$100
Annual bonus of US$50 per month of employment (capped at US$700)

Benefits:
Employees who have worked for the company for six months are entitled to 17 days of paid leave, with round-trip airfare reimbursed by the company. If an employee chooses not to take leave for six months, a bonus of US$1000 will be awarded for one year without leave, and an additional US$2000 for two years without leave.
Employees who have worked for the company for one year without returning home for leave will receive a US$1000 bonus. No leave can be taken within six months after receiving the bonus; otherwise, the full bonus will be refunded.
Employees who have worked for the company for two years without returning home for leave will receive a US$2000 bonus. No leave can be taken within six months after receiving the bonus; otherwise, half of the bonus will be refunded.
Employees who have worked for the company for more than two and a half years without returning home can apply for leave six months later, receiving a US$600 bonus for each additional six months.

For all newly hired employees, the company will cover airfare and visas, and provide airport pick-up and customs clearance services.

The company provides free room and board, with five meals a day. Dormitories are for 4-6 people per room and include towels, blankets, toothpaste, clothes hangers, and other personal items. A dedicated Filipino maid cleans the dorms, allowing you to leave the country with just your bags. The dormitory is located in a beautiful area, and a shuttle bus is provided for commuting.

For non-serious illnesses, the company will provide medical assistance with a translator. Half of the medical expenses will be reimbursed by the company.

New employees will be issued a temporary work visa upon joining the company, and a permanent work visa will be issued after they are officially hired.
