For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Discover and validate new ideas for mobile apps and game mechanicsBuild product concepts and hypotheses, test them, and scale what worksTune and balance game economies, and drive improvements in core product metricsAnalyze features post-release and make informed product decisions based on dataWork closely with design, development, and marketing teams to bring features to lifeMonitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curveCreate and maintain clear and concise product documentationWhat kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Game Producer in mobile gamingProven track record of launched games, especially in the puzzle genreStrong product sense and market awareness — you know what makes a game engaging and successfulDeep knowledge of puzzle mechanics, game references, and genre trendsAnalytical mindset: you make decisions based on data, not gut feelingExperience with hypothesis testing, A/B experiments, and product iterationSolid understanding of key mobile metrics (retention, ARPU, LTV, etc.)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsProactive, independent, and always looking for ways to improve the productWhy do we enjoy working here?
