It is my pleasure to inform you that our paper entitled "Detecting crash hotspots using grid and density-based spatial clustering" was published in Proceedings of the Institution of Civil Engineers -Transport. Our paper employs a grid and density-based clustering algorithm called GriDBSCAN to analyse crash data and find their spatial patterns. Other clustering methods such as Nearest Neighbour Hierarchical (NNH) and Kernel Density Estimation (KDE) were also applied to validate the results of the GriDBSCAN algorithm.
