A reputable Real Estate Company in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos is hiring an experienced Accountant.
📍 *Location:* Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
💰 *Salary:*₦400,000 – ₦450,000 monthly
🕐 *Employment Type:* Full-time
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
• Manage daily accounting transactions, payables, receivables and general ledger.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations and expense reports.
• Monitor cash flow, payments and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Ensure tax and financial compliance.
• Support audits and maintain effective financial controls.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Real estate/property management experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• ICAN/ACCA qualification or part-qualification is an added advantage.
