We are seeking a customer-focused Contact Center Agent to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent service across phone, email, and other communication channels.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet customer service and performance targets.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
• B.Sc/HND required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Previous contact center/customer service experience is an advantage.
