RESIDUE OF CONTACTS
Residue of Contacts explores the traces created through our interactions with others and with the world around us. Contact can alter the way we perceive ourselves, others, and the spaces we inhabit.
The exhibition considers contact as a fundamental condition of existence. We are constantly shaped by what we encounter: other bodies, places, environments, political and social structures, technologies, histories, and forces beyond our immediate perception. Each interaction creates an exchange, and each exchange leaves something behind.
The works brought together in the exhibition reflect on these visible and invisible forms of connection. They ask how an encounter can transform us, how its effects can travel through time and space, and how something seemingly insignificant can become part of a much larger process.

Residue of Contacts is a collaborative project between Sisters Room Art Space, Tbilisi, and Radionica, Belgrade.
The second part of the exhibition will open in Belgrade on 4 September 2026.
