*Key Responsibilities*
• Develop and manage reliable vendors; evaluate quotations and supplier capabilities
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules for cost-effective procurement
• Prepare and release purchase orders; track and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, supplier data, and documentation
• Ensure quality compliance of incoming materials with QA/warehouse teams
• Prepare MIS reports, purchase analysis, and budgeting support
• Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, logistics, and quality teams
procurement, or supply chain
• Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost analysis skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems, purchasing processes, and documentation
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability
Preferred / Additional Skills
• Experience in EV & automotive Harness
• Exposure to tendering, strategic sourcing, and vendor development
• Market trend analysis and cost-saving initiatives
