🔸 US forces struck two Iranian rocket launchers on Larak Island. Brent jumped 3.3% to $90.99 a barrel. Iran fired eight missiles at two Jordanian air bases, all intercepted, no casualties.
🔸 Bessent is pressing G20 members to raise trade barriers on China, whose exports grew 23.9% year on year in July into a record $1.189 trillion surplus. Finance leaders meet in Asheville August 31 to September 1.
🔸 US government debt has passed $40 trillion, and the 30-year Treasury yield briefly hit a 19-year high. Low-rate-era borrowing is coming due and has to be refinanced at current rates.

🔸 Zakura released an open-source toolkit that cuts private $ZEC transaction construction from more than three seconds to below 200 milliseconds in benchmark tests.
