😟 “I sent on the wrong network!” or “I deposited an unsupported token!” — what now?
To be honest: funds sent on a different network (for example BEP20 instead of TRC20) or as an unsupported token may not be recoverable.
✅ What to do: copy the transaction hash (txid) and contact support — on Telegram at @vexoracard_support or by email from your account address. We'll check what's possible, but we can't promise recovery.
🛡️ Prevention is always easier:
• Pick the network that exactly matches the label next to the address
• Tron addresses start with T, BSC addresses start with 0x
• For large amounts, send a small test transaction first
