"Der Untermensch" or "The Subhuman"
The term "subhuman" was borrowed by German National Socialists from a book by the American racial theorist Lothrop Stoddard, who claimed that after the Bolsheviks came to power, Russia was ruled by the most notorious degenerates on Earth. What characterized the Bolsheviks as such, in essence, was their natural tendency towards cruelty, as well as their primitive hatred of free civilization. The cause he determined, was rooted in their biology.
