Job Responsibilities Manage and supervise the vehicle maintenance team. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Diagnose vehicle issues and ensure timely repairs. Control maintenance costs and spare parts inventory. Coordinate with operations to ensure vehicles are available for daily use. Prepare maintenance reports and monitor vehicle performance. Ensure compliance with company safety procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, with 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge of trucks, trailers, diesel engines, and vehicle maintenance systems. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Candidates with experience in logistics or transportation companies will be given priority.
