The problem: network fees were eating the Reserve.
Every time we send $URKO to a wallet that has never held the token before, Solana requires us to open a token account for that wallet first. That costs about 0.002 SOL — and we were paying it, for every single one.
Yesterday alone that added up to 2 SOL in a single day — hundreds of dollars, gone into account rent, not into prizes.
Why? Because most withdrawals were tiny. Nearly 96% of all payouts were under 10,000 URKO — many of them worth just a few cents, each one costing us far more in fees than the withdrawal itself was worth.
