👉Key Responsibilities
🔺Manage overall accounting and finance operations.
🔺Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
🔺Supervise accounting staff and assign daily tasks.
🔺Ensure timely closing of accounts and reconciliation.
🔺Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
🔺Handle tax calculations, tax filing, and compliance matters.
🔺Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities.
🔺Review AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger transactions.
🔺Maintain internal control systems and accounting procedures.
🔺Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
🔺Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
👉Requirements
🍀Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
🍀LCCI Level III / ACCA Part II or equivalent preferred.
🍀Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience.
🍀Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.
🍀Leadership and team management skills.
🍀Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
🍀Good communication and problem-solving skills.
🍀At least 2 years in supervisory or management role.
