Procurement Senior Executive (Oversea)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Procurement Senior Executive (Oversea) to manage overseas sourcing and procurement activities, especially for Government Projects such as MOEP, MOHS, and other related projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct overseas sourcing and identify potential suppliers.
• Compare quotations and prices from at least three suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and other procurement conditions.
• Prepare accurate cost and pricing calculations based on procurement and logistics requirements.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and internal departments.
• Prepare and submit procurement reports on time.
• Support procurement activities for Government and other projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas Procurement or International Sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement and Logistics terms and conditions.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Chinese or English language skills are preferred.

* Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) / Saturday (8:30 AM to 2:30 PM)
* Off Days - Sunday & Public Holiday
