🔁 SITUATION UPDATE
As you've probably noticed, stock has been very limited over the last 4 days. This is due to a major update recently rolled out by Spotify.
The good news is that we found a solution yesterday. However, it will take some time to integrate it into our tools.
Regarding the login system, the username/password login has been removed, and cookie login is now the only method. This change significantly reduces downgrades and makes upgrades up to 10x faster. It will also help us handle the high number of upgrades we're currently processing, as Upgrader has become much more popular recently.
There's more good news: we've also developed a new login mode, which will be released once the stock issue has been resolved. This feature will allow users to log in directly using 2FA email verification, while maintaining the same fast processing speed as cookie login and further reducing the risk of downgrades.
We kindly ask for your patience while we complete these changes. Please avoid contacting support for updates, as handling a large number of inquiries only slows down the process for everyone.
As you know, major Spotify updates like this are very rare, the last one happened about a year ago. Every time this happens, we adapt, improve our systems, and come back stronger. We see this as an opportunity to make our service even more reliable in the long run.
