@: 356.29We are closing our Broadcom position with a small profit (don't close off-profit). We saw dip buying, particularly supported by retail investors, but we see the broader stock market as generally weaker. Only gains in the chip sector are currently keeping the Nasdaq 100 near the flat line. Even though it does not look like it at all right now, we expect profit taking in the chip sector very soon as well.
From here, we expect an overall decline in investorsโ willingness to open new positions ahead of the weekend, additional uncertainty over the weekend - particularly geopolitical uncertainty - as well as more cautious positioning due to the fact that US markets will remain closed on Monday for Labor Day.
