1win Token: post #993 — TG.ME

Hey, this is important🪙

If you’ve been in crypto for more than 3–5 years, you know that hacks and scams are everywhere. Just look at the Bonk DAO incident, the Polymarket hack, Bybit, and countless others. It happens every year.

Here’s a quick checklist to protect yourself:

🔵Avoid public Wi-Fi
Never access wallets or make transactions on open networks. Use mobile data or a trusted network.
🔵Watch for fake apps
Download wallets and exchanges only from official sources. Clone apps can steal your seed phrase.
🔵Beware of fake support
Official 1win support never DMs you first. Anyone asking for your keys, seed phrase, or wallet details is a scammer.
🔵Protect your seed phrase
Never screenshot or store it in cloud notes. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. Nobody legitimate will ever ask for it.
🔵Don’t blindly sign transactions
Fake giveaways, “AML checks,” and other websites can trick you into approving access to your funds. Always verify what you’re signing.
🔵Double-check wallet addresses
Scammers can send transactions from addresses that look almost identical to ones you’ve used before. Always copy the address directly from the official source and verify the first and last characters.

Stay safe. Stay calm🪙
