When withdrawing XRP, XLM, or ATOM to an exchange, your wallet address may not be enough. Exchanges use shared wallets, so you also need a Memo / Destination Tag to tell them which account should receive your funds.
Remember:
XRP → Destination Tag / Memo
XLM → Memo ID
ATOM → Memo
Before withdrawing: copy BOTH the wallet address and Memo/Tag from your exchange and paste them into 1win.
If you forget the Memo, the funds aren’t necessarily lost → but you’ll need to contact the exchange’s support and provide your TxID so they can recover the deposit.
Always double-check both fields before hitting Confirm
