The moment a Ukrainian FP-5 Flamingo hits the city of Donestk, probably a Russian HQ or a logical warehouse got hit. It is funny that Russia is quite weak to intercept these missiles on border areas and occupied areas, they can successfully shot them down when they are inside Russia which means most of the air defenses and their radars have been concentrated inside Russia, and major cities.
