Short JD- Hands on Experience in Network monitoring along with Excellent communication skill.
Candidate should have experience with international customer/Client in same field.
Hands on experience in Network monitoring tools.
Good experience in incident management along with Telcom domain.
Minimum 3+ yrs experience in telecom, ISP,NOC environment.
Strong experience in IP networking, Routing along with switching concept.
CCNA certified will be preferred.
