We are looking for a motivated NOC Engineer (Fresher) to join our team!

Role: NOC Engineer
As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for: Real-time monitoring of network, servers, and applications Alert and incident management Basic network & system troubleshooting Coordination with internal teams, vendors & ISPs Maintaining incident logs and operational documentation Supporting routine health checks and maintenance Assisting with RCA for recurring issues Following SOPs and security guidelines Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
Freshers are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Familiarity with Windows/Linux Good analytical and communication skills Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
Good to Have CCNA / CompTIA Network+ Exposure to monitoring tools such as Auvik Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP
