The Houthis claimed the strikes caused “significant damage” and warned that further Saudi attacks would trigger “even stronger and wider strikes.”
The group said the strikes were retaliation for 121 Saudi airstrikes over the previous three days on the Ma’rib, Al-Bayda, Al-Hudaydah, Taiz, and Al-Jawf Governorates.
They also said a Saudi airstrike struck a prison in Al-Hazm, Al-Jawf, killing and injuring several people, including women and children.
