— Investigators in Saxony are examining sabotage plans to attack overhead power lines at two substations in the Görlitz district after explosive or incendiary devices were discovered there earlier today, BILD reports.The substations are near the Brandenburg border in the Lusatian lignite-mining region, which supplies the Jänschwalde and Boxberg power plants operated by LEAG.
