— The KIA and PDF anti-Junta rebels successfully ambushed a junta naval convoy in the Irrawaddy River near the Shwegu area en route toward the besieged city of Bhamo. During the operation, one boat sank, 2 were damaged, and 2 were captured alongside hundreds of Burmese soldiers and their families.
