— Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters said U.S. airstrikes on military and civilian sites in southern Iran killed civilians, which prompted Iranian forces to launch missile and drone attacks against U.S. bases across the region.The spokesman said Iranian strikes “heavily damaged” U.S. bases, infrastructure, weapons, and equipment, while “a significant number” of American commanders and soldiers were killed or wounded.
It warned that the offensive would continue until the U.S. “regrets its crimes,” and threatened “heavier, broader, and more devastating responses” against continued American aggression and countries cooperating with U.S. forces.
