— Iran’s IRGC says two oil tankers attempting to pass through an “illegal route” in the Strait of Hormuz were hit by mines, exploded, and were immobilized. The IRGC said both vessels are “currently burning.”
They also warned that “additional punitive measures” would soon be imposed on companies that follow U.S. instructions instead of using the authorized Iranian route.
