— Anthropic has signed a $35 billion cloud-computing deal with Nvidia-backed Lambda, with Nvidia holding the data-center lease, WSJ reports.The facility, being developed by Hut 8 in Nueces County, Texas, was secured by Nvidia to provide capacity for Lambda, which will install Nvidia chips there.
Anthropic is seeking more computing capacity after a supply crunch, having also signed a $45 billion deal with Nvidia-backed Nscale earlier this month for capacity at its West Virginia site.
