Position: Geo Expansion Manager

About you:
▫️Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in consulting, financial services, strategy, program/ops management, or similar analyst roles
▫️Strong familiarity with crypto business models (custody, exchanges, OTC, staking, broker models) and financial markets/products (retail, derivatives, Web3 protocols)
▫️Solid grasp of blockchain/crypto concepts with ability to explain complex topics to non-experts
▫️Proven track record in business process management, operations, and scaling in hyper-growth companies or international markets
▫️Experience balancing legal/regulatory requirements with business priorities for emerging financial products
▫️Strong project, workload, and process management; skilled at working across multiple functions and geographies
▫️Ability to break down complex problems, apply structured thinking, and drive clear action plans
▫️Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, adaptable, tenacious, flexible to work across global time zones; excellent communicator with a hands-on, “roll-up-your-sleeves” approach
