About you:
▫️Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem, DeFi mechanics, and staking incentives
▫️Proven track record of building and growing Web3 communities from scratch (portfolio with metrics required)
▫️Ability to execute end-to-end strategies: from content creation and engagement to sourcing and negotiating with micro-KOLs
▫️Expertise in organic growth tactics, gamification, referral campaigns, and pre-launch community building
▫️Excellent English communication skills; capable of conveying complex product mechanics to new users
▫️A proactive "builder" mindset, ready to drive growth and community engagement before the product drops
